The President's decreee on pardon concerns them.
Pardoned prisoners have already returned home. They are Dzmitry Drozd, Artsyom Hrybkou, Syarhei Kazakou, Yauhen Sakret, Uladzimir Yaromenak, Vasil Parfyankou, Alyaksandr Kvyatkevich and Vital Matsukevich. Another prisoner in this case, Andrei Pratasenya, who was mentioned among the prisoners pardoned by Lukashenka, had not written a request for pardon so he wasn't in the President's decree, BelaPAN reports.
