Council of Ministers prepares amendments to Law "On Mass Events"

From now on, it will be necessary to obtain permit not only for pickets and demonstrations, but for silence as well.

The Council of Ministers suggests that a permit should be obtained "for mass presence of citizens in a previously designated public place (including open air) at a certain time for conducting previously agreed actions or inactivity. Such actions, or inactivity, may be organized through the Internet."
