Some 30 persons were detained during so called “silent protests” across Belarus on 20 July, with 20 protesters detained in Minsk.
Barysau police detained Aliaksandr Ziankou, press photographer of www.ex-press.by, and UCP member Mikalai Vitorski.
Four persons were detained in the town of Zaslauye, Minsk region.
Several protesters detained in Brest were later released without charges.
The protesters are to stand trials this afternoon.
