Mr. Khamaida was detained near the so-called “blue
house” – he usually distributes the independent press there. Radio Liberty
informs that he has been brought to Railway District Department of the Interior
according to a police order.
Policeman stopped Khamaida in the street to check his bags yesterday. They
apologized to the opposition member after the search and let him go. By the
way, Khamaida is always being detained during Slavonic Bazaars.
