Andrei Pachobut, journalist and blogger, correspondent for Gazeta Wyborcza
Andrzej Poczobut, reporter of the Gazeta Wyborcza Polish newspaper, is facing charges for libel of President, reports www.belaruspartisan.org, quoting Hrodna Regional Prosecutor Mr. Marozau.
Poczobut is reportedly accused of criticizing President Lukashenka in a number of Internet publications at www.wyborcza.pl, www.belaruspartisan.org and www.poczobut.livejournal.com, and may be imprisoned for up to 2 years under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code.
