On 21 March, Mahiliou Leninski District Court dismissed a complaint lodged by chair of Belarusian Popular Front Mahiliou regional office Zmitser Salauyou against the KGB local department.
The politician demanded the KGB officials to remove him from their records and to revoke a warning issued to him for participation in the 19 December rally.
“According to Judge Mrs. Trapynina, the complaint was dismissed due to the expiry of a month’s time of appealing eligibility”, says local human rights defender Barys Bukhel.
