On 15 March, Mahiliou activist Natallia Shkadun received a letter with an enclosed report of administrative offence allegedly committed by her under-aged daughter Hanna during a solidarity picket on 16 January 2011.
“I should note that no charges were brought against my daughter during her interrogation by inspector Uladzimir Radzevich on 2 March”, says Mrs. Shkadun.
She also says the ante-date report is not signed by Hanna.
“Therefore I am going to appeal the incident, since this is pure forgery”, says she.
