First “Dec.19” sentence is appealed

Ihar Papkouski, Vasil Parfyankous’ lawyer has appealed his client’s sentence pronounced on February 17.

Papkouski has informed BelaPAN that he has sent the necessary papers to Frunze District Court today and they will be sent to Minsk City Court from there. The lawyer is sure that Parfyankou is not guilty of the “assault” of the House of the Government and that his guilt was not proven during the hearing. Let us remind you that Minsk Frunze District Court sentenced Parfyankou to 4 years of imprisonment and fiend for more than 14 million rubles for the broken door of the House of the Government.
