The case against entrepreneur lilya Lahutsina was started after she had complained to the Office of the Public Prosecutor about the fact that policemen had injured her arm and had not called an ambulance. They delivered her to the police office instead. "It was a very complicated displaced fracture and I had to undergo a complicated operation.
