First cases on "mass disturbances" to be transferred to court in beginning of February

The first cases of participants of the December 19 action in Minsk will be transferred to the court in the beginning of February. The Minister of Internal Affairs Anatol Kuliashou has informed this at the press-conference in Minsk.
According to him, 50 "active participants" have become subjects of the "mass disturbances" criminal case. Charges have been presented to 37 of them, 33 people are in detention centers, 4 - under a non-leave obligation. Kuliashou noted that 16 people of the mentioned 50 had been subjected to criminal responsibility before.
The presidential candidates' cases will not become the first to be transferred to court, stated the Minister.
