Aliaksandr Kuzniatsou, the Chairperson of the Vitsebsk
branch of the BPF Youth and an electioneering agent of the presidential
candidate Ryhor Kastusiou was forcedly pulled into a car without number plates
in presence of a friend of his.
About a week ago he received a telephone call from the Pershamaiski District
Police Department by which he was invited for a 'talk' concerning the 19
December events. However, he refused to come there without an official writ.
