representative of the information and public relations department of the
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus Viktar Novikau has informed RIA Novosti
about it.
The Russian citizens are accused according to parts 1 and 2 of Article 293 of the
Criminal Code (mass riot). The maximum penalty is 15 years of imprisonment.
