On 27 December, Minsk Maskouski Court sentenced five youth activists, together with unknown teenager, to 10 days of administrative arrest each for alleged participating in illegal rallies between 19 and 24 December in Minsk.
Youth opposition leader Mikail Pashkevich was sentenced to 15 days in prison for participating in a solidarity picket outside the Akrestsina prison on 21 December.
