KGB do not confirm to Volha Nyaklyaeva whether her husband is in their custody

Volha Nyaklyaeva has visited the KGB today after the General Public Prosecutor's Office in order to file a complaint. Let us remind you, she demands to provide her husband Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu's lawyer access to him and also to inform whether the politician and the poet is alive. 

As it was informed by our correspondent, the KGB representatives had not officially confirmed to Volha Nyaklyaeva yet that her husband was in the KGB pre-trial detention center. They accepted the complaint but explained or informed nothing. 

Besides, the lawyers say that, according to the legislation, Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu should be either released or undergo status change after 10 days of detention in the KGB prison. This term expires in the evening on December 29 or in the morning on December 30. In theory, the lawyer will see him for sure then.
