On 18 December 18 in the TV program Map of the World at RTR-Belarus TV channel, the Chairperson of the KGB Vadzim Zaitsau made a statement.
As said by him, at the moment there were attempts to buy electric shockers, clubs, crackers, gas spray guns and handcuffs, for holding the opposition rally, BelaPAN reports.
He also told that attempt to buy 3 thousand metal spindles had been thwarted.
As the director of Zhlobin Repair Technical Plant Ihar Nikitsin told to the program, an anonymous old person contacted him. He asked to sharpen 3,000 metal spindles.
