According to some dozen Mahiliou human rights activists, journalists and politicians, their mobile phones have been blocked due to unknown reasons. A number of representatives of the ‘Human Rights defenders for Free Elections’ campaign, including Mahiliou observers Aliaksei Kolchyn and Yury Novikau, have also claimed that their phones are currently blocked.
