Attention! The Maskouski District Police Department of Minsk instigated a criminal case under Article 339, part 3 of the Criminal Code (malignant hooliganism) against Dzmitry Dashkevich, Eduard Lobau and Dzianis Lazar. At 4.30 p.m. they were detained in line with Article 108 of the Criminal Process Code and guarded to the pre-trial prison of the main police department of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

  1. Pavel Batuyeu (Salihorsk) – blocked by plain-clothed police in his apartment.
  2. Ivan Bedka (Slonim) – detained and warned of possible prosecution for participation in street protests.
  3. Siarhei Chabatarou (Navapolatsk), detained on 19 December, not released yet.
  4. Viktar Chaikouski (Brest) – detained at the entrance of his house by 7 policemen and guarded to the Maskouski District Police Department of Brest.
  5. Maksim Charniak (Babruisk), detained and warned of possible prosecution for participation in street protests.
  6. Dzmitry Dashkevich (Chairperson of the Young Front), detained on 18 December.
  7. Artsiom Dubski – blocked by the police in Rudzensk.
  8. Dzmitry Hamianiuk – the police try to burst into his apartment in Minsk.
  9. Dmitriy Ivanov (journalist, activist of the Russian Oborona), detained but released without charges.
  10. Ihar Kavalenka – detained near Mahiliou and taken for an alcoholic expertise.
  11. Aliaksandra Khudasoutsava (Brest) – was summoned to the investigator in connection with the breaking of the apartment of her door.
  12. Yury Klimovich (Belarusian Christian Democracy, Homel), detained and charged with disorderly conduct, the trial will take place on 20 December.
  13. Aliaksei Koutun – guarded to the Biaroza District Police Department.
  14. Pavel Kuryianovich – detained near the Academy of Sciences and pushed into a car with the number plates: 91-80 КР7.
  15. Vika Ladzis (Young Front) – was blocked by policemen in Rudzensk.
  16. Valiantsin Lazarenka – set down the Brest-Minsk train, is kept at the Biaroza District Police Department.
  17. Aliaksandra Litvinchuk – blocked in the apartment of Yauhen Ivaniuk, an electioneering agent of Ales Mikhalevich.
  18. Aksana Matsiyuk – blocked in the apartment of Yauhen Ivaniuk, an electioneering agent of Ales Mikhalevich.
  19. Bahuslau Matsuk (Miyory), detained together with his four friends when leaving the town.
  20. Yulian Misiukevich (Young Front), detained but released without charges.
  21. Anastasiya Murashka (Young Front) – was blocked by policemen in Rudzensk.
  22. Yauhen Parchynski (Navapolatsk), detained on 19 December at the railway station and released without charges.
  23. Siarhei Parsiukevich (Vitsebsk) – detained at the railway station and guarded to the Kastrychnitski District Police Department of Vitsebsk.
  24. Dzianis Parsiukevich (Vitsebsk, under age) – detained at the railway station together with his father Siarhei.
  25. Mikhas Pashkevich – kept at the Frunzenski District Police Department of Minsk.
  26. Maksim Petrovich (journalist, activist of the Russian Oborona), released without charges.
  27. Mikalai Shakhnouski (Navapolatsk) – released in an hour, without charges.
  28. Ivan Shyla (Salihorsk) – blocked by the police in Batuyeu’s apartment.
  29. Valery Siadletski (Krasnapolle, Belarusian Popular Front) – the police attempted to detain him on 18 December, then burst into his apartment on 19 December and took him to court.
  30. Valery Sliapukhin – detained at 2.30 p.m. in Homel and guarded to the Tsentralny District Police Department.
  31. Yan Stasiuk – blocked in the apartment of Yauhen Ivaniuk, an electioneering agent of Ales Mikhalevich.
  32. Taras Surhan – blocked in an apartment in Visebsk.
  33. Veranika Velihor (Young Front), detained and released in 30 minutes without charges.
  34. Dzmitry Yasevich (Young Front), detained and released without charges.
  35. Two unidentified activists of the Russian “Oborona” movement, detained on 18 December.
  36. Kastus Zhukouski (Uladzimir Niakliayeu’s campaign activist), detained for alleged use of obscene language, later released.
  37. Yury Zakharanka (Homel), detained on 19 December morning.
