On 17 December, BPF activist Yury Shpak Ryzhkau was excluded from Minsk Leninski district election commission # 4 for alleged violation of the Electoral Code. However, lawyer Halina Siamdzianava says the charges against the activist are extremely vague: “Article 36 of the Electoral Code used against him has a number of paragraphs, and all of them al very different. We still do not know what Mr. Shpak-Ryzhkau violated.”
