Two canvassing pickets of Uladzimir Niakliayeu’s campaign team, have been reportedly stopped by Vitsebsk authorities, who referred to their decision, authorizing canvassing locations in the city. The pickets were staged in one of the most popular places of Vitsebsk (central railway station), which, according to the local executive authorities, is not authorized for canvassing activities.
