Vitsebsk observers kicked out of polling stations for registering violations

According to Antanina Pivanos, observer at Vitsebsk polling station # 21, the local election commission members have repeatedly impaired observation, prohibiting taking photos at the station.

Aleh Surhan, observer at polling station # 17, says the local election commissioners refused to properly seal the ballot box, driving the observer from the premises.

According to local independent observers, early voting takes place in premises open to non-staff of the election commissions. At the end of each day, observers have to leave the polling station, while the ballot boxes are left unattended, with free access of unauthorized persons.
