electoral precincts started working all over Belarus at 10 a.m.
The electors need to bring their passports (or the documents that can replace
them) in order to get the ballots. During the five days of early voting the
precinct election commissions will work since 10 a.m. till 7 p.m., with a
dinner break since 2 till 4 p.m.
The early voting will last till 7 p.m. on 18 December.
