Orsha: Lukashenka’s proxy violates electoral laws
According to the
electoral legislation, the Orhsa Town Executive Committee determined the places
for electoral meetings of presidential candidates and their proxies. However,
in fact this ruling concerns all candidates but Lukashenka.
Here’s a fresh example: Lukashenka’s proxy in Orsha Liudmila Dabrynina,
Chairperson for the Orsha Town Council holds canvassing ignoring these norms.
It may seem to someone that such officials should serve as an example in
respect to the law. Instead of it, L.Dabrynina visits various state
institutions (that haven’t been put on the lists of the places allowed for
canvassing). Recently she had agitation meetings with students at Orsha Medical
College, and a similar
meeting with the town medics (both in unauthorized places).
