On 24 November Tatsiana Latyshava, chair of Baranavichy territorial election commission, issued an oral warning to Viktar Meziak, election agent of Andrei Sannikau, for submitting an incorrect application for holding a canvassing picket, as well as for arranging a picket in an unauthorized place on 23 November.
According to Mr. Latyshau, the locations authorized by the town authorities are extremely unfavourbale, so he is going to stage more pickets in Baranavichy center.
