Babruisk: no UCP members in precinct commissions
The head of the Babruisk
organization of the United Civil Party Viktar Buzinayeu and his deputy attended
the sittings of the district executive committees of Babruisk at which the
precinct election commissions (PECs) were formed.
’I went to the Pershamaiski District Executive Committee, and my deputy – to
the Leninski dec,’ said Viktar Buzinayeu. We nominated 15 representatives to
the PECs of
each of these districts, but not a single of these 30 nominees was included!
They said that they have enough people who are quite experienced, and they
would need to teach the UCP members everything. However, the majority of our
people have a great experience as well. We also have teachers who worked in
such commissions. They also called other reasons: a member of our party got
ill, and we put a wrong comma in one place. I asked them whether it is enough
not to include any of us in the PECs?!’
commented Mr. Buzinayeu.
