Slonim: executive officer of Slonim District Executive Committee ‘knows nothing’ about precinct election commissions

The long-term observer from Slonim Ivan Sheha keeps visiting the executive officer of the executive committee Alena Machalina and phoning her several times a day in order to find the date and place of the sitting of the committee on formation of the precinct commissions. However, she just answers ‘I don’t know anything yet’ each time.

She was also saying it during the previous elections. By such answers she just emphasizes the undesirability of the presence of the observer or members of democratic parties at the sitting.
