The janitor of dormitory #2 of Polatsk State University twice refused to let in collectors of signatures for Uladzimir Niakliayeu, a potential candidate for the presidential position.
By the way, the activists came to the dormitory in the time where visits to the dormitory are permitted – at 12 a.m. and 6 p.m., showed the certificates of members of the electoral team and passports. However, the janitor refused to let them in the dormitory referring to the order of the rector according to which there was allegedly introduced a quarantine.
Members of the electoral team are going to complaint about this fact to the appropriate election commission.
