Mahiliou Kastrychnitski Court fined Krystsina Shatsikava, activist of the ‘Nash Dom’ unregistered civil initiative, BYR 700,000 for alleged illegal distribution of the campaign’s newspaper back on 4 May 2010.
The activists was fined despite the fact that the policemen who testified at the trial failed to prove the violation with no actual evidence of the offence, judge found Mrs. Shatsikava guilty and fined the activist.
