Andrei Stasialovich, BSDP ‘Hramada’ candidate, running in Himnazichnaya constituency #29, was not allowed observing the vote count at two polling stations - ## 84 and 85.
‘I was told that I could not be present at the vote count and had no right to ask questions, then they told me to leave. They threatened they would call the police. They, surely, did not let me see the minutes. But they then readout the figures, which said that I was far ahead of my rival,’ said the candidate.
