According to Belarusian Popular Front observers Anton Koipish and Aliaksei Khadyka, the election commission of Minsk’s polling station #73 of constituency #43 failed to count and announce the number of unused ballots. The commission’s chair Mikalai Chernik refused to announce the results of the separate vote count: early vote, ‘home vote’ and voting on the day of the election. After that, he took dictations on the phone and put down the figures and the rates.
