Babruisk human rights activists report a number of cases when voters were allowed casting their ballots without producing their IDs. Besides, members of local election commissions have reportedly advised voters to vote for their relatives.

‘They just do not ask for any documents. You come up to the table, give your name, put your signature and you can vote. Besides, I heard the commission members offer a woman to vote for her relatives, who were away,’ says a Babruisk resident Hanna.

Apart from that, there have been several complaints of commission members’ inaccurate treatment of voters’ lists and ignoring of two persons casting their ballots at a time, including local polling stations ##14,36,66,76.
