According to the Mahiliou Regional Election Commission, the official web-site of Mahiliou regional executive committee was hacked, resulting in the wrong date of the commission’s meeting being published on the site.
The violation in the formation of the commission was appealed by the local human rights activist Barys Bukhel. The respective information was posted on the executive committee’s site on 28 December 2009.
