According to Aliaksei Paulouski, a candidate for the Mahiliou city and the Mahiliou regional Councils of Deputies, he managed to print agitation leaflets for 40% and 20% electors respectively for the means he had received from the state for this purpose.

’The Mahiliou regional printing house agreed to publish my agitation materials,’ says Aliaksei Paulouski. ‘I managed to print only 5,700 cheapest black-and-white leaflets and about 50 posters for the money that was issued to me for agitation as a candidate for the regional Council of Deputies. Taking into account that there are 15,000 electors at my constituency, I will cover about 40% of electors by these materials.’

’I also received money as a candidate for the Mahiliou city Council of Deputies. I managed to print 1,500 leaflets and 10 posters for it. 7,000 electors live at this constituency, which means that the number of the printed materials is very small and I will manage to cover only 20% of electors.’
