39 electors 'went missing' in Svetlahorsk district

Mikalai Lazarenka and Iryna Sarychava, members of constituency election commissions of the Svetlahorsk district (Homel region) who were nominated to the commissions by the Belarusian Party of Leftists Fair World, found a mismatch in the data published by two different commissions and addressed Siarhei Miarkulau, Chairperson of the Svetlahorsk district election commissions, Deputy Chairperson of the Svetlahorsk district executive committee on ideology, with an appropriate letters.

The matter is that according to the text of a decision of the Homel regional commission on elections to the local Councils of Deputies of the 26th Convocation, there are 66,849 electors in the Svetlahorsk district, whereas according to a decision of the Svetlahorsk district commission there are 66,888 electors.

'The decisions were adopted one day and on the same territory, but the difference in numbers is 39 persons,' state M.Lazarenka and I.Sarychava. They ask S.Miarkulau to explain this difference and publish the correct information in the state press.
