Andrei Dvihun, head of Mahiliou Leninski office of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party Hramada, was not registered as a candidate, after 7 signatures collected by his campaign team were found invalid.
The politician stresses that his team collected 90 signatures and he can guarantee every signature.
‘It could be because members of the city election commission exerted pressure on the signers, forcing them to withdraw the signatures,’ believes Mr. Dvihun, saying he is going to appeal the refusal at the regional election commission.
