Lyabedzka fined for solidarity with Union of Poles
The leader of the United Civil party fined 30 basic units.
On March 25 the court of Valozhyn districy considered a case against the leader of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka, who was detained in Valozhyn on February 15 near the building of a military base where the trial over Tereza Sobal was held, BelaPAN informs.
The politician was charged under two articles of the Administrative Code, petty hooliganism and insubordination to police. The first lawsuit was dismissed, and Lyabedzka was found guilty in the second case and fined 30 basic units.
It should be noted that on the way to Minsk the car with Anatol Lyabedzka that was leaving Valozhyn was stopped by traffic policemen. The charges against the UCP leader this time are still unknown.
