Mahiliou residents harassed by election commission members
Aliaksei Paulouski, pretender to parliamentary candidate at 2012 elections
According to Alaiaksei Paulouski, running in Zavadskaya constituency number 3 of Vitsebsk, his potential voters are asked to withdraw their signatures collected by his campaign team.
‘I met my friends yesterday and they told me that they had been visited by members of the constituency election commission, who required that one of the signers withdrew his signature,’ said Mr. Paulouski.
Aliaksei Paulouski says there may have been other incidents of harassment against the voters.
‘The city election commission has a grudge against me. This is due to the fact that I have written three complaints concerning the progress of the election campaign,’ says the candidate.
