Mahiliou: nomination of pro-governmental candidate took 12 minutes

The assembly of the working collective of the Republican Unitarian enterprise Zeliankhoz on nomination of a pro-governmental candidate in Homel took place in the hangar where the working areas are situated. The workers were gathered there under the threats of breaching the labor contracts and were proposed to nominate Mr. Dynhaliou, director of the Mahiliou capital construction bureau, as their candidate at the Altaiskaya election constituency.

At about 8 a.m. human rights defender Barys Bukhel came to this enterprise with the aim to get to the assembly, but didn’t find anybody in the hall. Then he went out of the building and at about 8.12 a.m. he saw the crowd of workers going out of the hangar. 'I stopped some of them and they said that the assembly on nomination of Mr. Dynhaliou was already over.
