Ivan Kruk continues appealing against fine for distribution of newspapers

Astravets activist Ivan Kruk has filed a review complaint with the head of Hrodna oblast court Hrynkevich. Mr. Kruk believes that the huge fine (700 000 rubles, about $250) was imposed on him for publishing in the bulletin some information about the danger of the construction of a nuclear power station.
The activist is also sure that during the trial the court violated the norms of the Process Code and provisions of the International Convent on Civil and Political Rights. In his complaint Mr. Kruk demands the abolishment of the verdicts of Astravets district and Hrodna oblast courts.
