The deputy head of the Supreme Court Valer Kalinkovich upheld the verdict of Kletsk district court, according to which an activist of For Freedom movement was fined for allegedly preparing an unsanctioned mass action.
Supreme Court took the opinion that the Mr. Panamarou was the organizer of the meeting of Kletsk dwellers with members of the Association for protection of monuments. The court also stated that such meeting was a kind of assembly, for which he had not received the permission of the local authorities. The deputy chair of the Supreme Court Kalinkovich also accuses Panamarou of having given no information about the aims of the meeting, which is a violation of the Law On mass actions in the Republic of Belarus.
