Smarhon authorities again banned a picket against construction of a nuclear power station in Astravets district. They explained it by saying that the president still had not signed the appropriate order.
Smarhon activists intended to hold the picket ‘Astravets nuclear power station is a threat to Smarhon dwellers’ on 11 January. The answer to the application was received by Ales Dzerhachou, one of the applicants, on 5 December.
