Miracle in Mazyr: agitation stands appear… after the end of agitation period

Recently an election observer Uladzimir Tseliapun has complained to the head of Mazyr district executive committee A.Lis and Mazyr town procuracy about non-implementation of the ruling of Mazyr district executive committee for provision of places for agitation production. On 28 September the information stands suddenly appeared, though the agitation stage is already over.

Some of them have not been painted yet. Another miracle is that Tseliapun is invited to the procuracy on 6 pm to inform him about the results of the check-up of the spending of the means issued for provision of places for agitation. It is done in order to meet the legal term for answering to his complaint.
