Hrodna: Observer reports about democratic counting of votes ahead of time

Election observers managed to make a copy of a unique document – ‘Act on counting of votes’ that lied on the table of the head of the head of precinct electoral commission #19 of Hrodna-Tsentralnaya constituency #50 A.Turkovich.

In this ‘Act’ observer I.Svistun reports: ‘I was present during the sealing o the ballot boxes. The election was conducted in conformity with the requirements of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus. I was present at the polling station till the end of calculation of votes.’

The document is signed by the observer. Hubarevich photographed the document at 2.50 pm., when more than six hours were left to the end of the election, leave alone the counting of votes.
