Early voting will end on September 27th, at 7 p.m. District commissions work until 2 p.m. today. This way, observers in district commission will be deprived of the opportunity to receive information about the number of voters who have voted early.

The Central Election Commission member Nadzeya Kisialiova explained to observer Pavel Levinau, the schedule of commissions’ work will not be changed. She claimed, the election law does not entitle observers to receive information from chairmen of election commission, including the information about the number of people who have voted early.

Observers at some polling stations still cannot receive information about the voters registered on the lists, the number of ballot papers received by commission, and the number of people who voted early. Chairman of precinct election commissions # 35 and # 52 of Vitebsk-Chkalauskaya district # 18especially insist on that. The Central Election Commission in person of Nadzeya Kisialiova encourages their behaviour.
