Hrodna: illusion of transparent elections is created for international observers only

According to Halina Ashmiana, an observer at polling station #3 of Hrodna-Zaniomanskaya electoral constituency #49, says that the head of the commission told the observers to sit in a place from which they could not see the ballot box.

Only when the observer said she would complain to the OSCE observers, the head of the commission let the observers sit so that they could see the ballot box.
