In Babruisk no information is given to candidates’ proxies. On 27 and 28 September a proxy of candidate Alexander Chyhir received a refusal at polling station #33 of Babruisk village electoral constituency #80. The head of the commission refused to tell the number of those who voted early. He said he did not know.

Babruisk human rights activists learned that the order not to given any information about the number of those who voted was issued by the first deputy head of Babruisk town executive committee Mikhail Kavalevich.

Krychau
Observer Raman Razhdzhestvenski states that members of Chapayeuskaya precinct electoral commission #39 of Krychauskaya electoral constituency #83 gave no information about the process of voting to him and the proxy of a candidate Siarhei Niarouny Alexander Shamryn.
 
‘I composed an act about violations of the Electoral Code by the head of precinct commission #39 Sviatlana Radzionava’, says Raman. ‘I also phoned to the candidate for deputy Siarhei Niarouny. Now we are expecting his arrival and solution of this situation,’ he added.

Horki
The electoral commission of constituency #81 gives no information about the number of people who voted early. A member of this commission, head of the education department of Horki district executive committee Katsiaryna Karotkina said that did not have these numbers. According to unofficial information, 28% voters voted early in this constituency. 

At polling station #8 of Horki electoral constituency #81 the head of the commission, officer of Horki district executive committee Iosif Bulash refused to tell the number of the received ballots. At first the secretary of the commission, officer of the district executive committee Liudmila Tsitova said that 1 240 ballots were received. When the observer asked what they would do if some of the ballots were spoiled or some new people came, she answered: ‘Than you can write that we received 1 250’.
