There is an anonymous ad hanging on the board of the teachers’ room in gymnasia # 8 in Vitebsk (Vitebsk-Chkalauskaya district # 18): “Fulfil your civic duty – vote early”.
Evidently, voters in Vitebsk region are really brought up with a good sense of a civic duty, as the region is leading in the number of people who voted early: 22.4% during the first four days of early voting.
For instance, at polling station # 60 of Vitebsk-Kastrychnitskaya district # 20, 344 voters voted on September 26th. This makes up 14.74 % of the total number of registered voters.
