District commission votes for dismissal of candidate Zhukouski

On September 23rd district commission of Buda-Kashaliou district # 38 held a special hearing of the statement by candidate Kanstantsin Zhukouski  . In the document Zhukouski states, the elections are not free and fair, that is why he does not think it makes sense for him to further participate in the election.

The commission considered the statement and recommended the candidate to return the money he had spent on campaign materials to the state budget (1, 750, 000 BYR).

Kanstantsin Zhukouski took a break in order to consult with his agents if he should withdraw his statement or leave it in the commission. In five minutes the commission members unanimously voted for canceling his registration.  

Two candidates are left in Buda-Kashaliou district # 38: incumbent MP Uladzimir Kuzhanau and independent candidate Viktar Kantsavenka.
