Babruisk: number of citizens and polling stations is changed

The number of citizens is constantly growing in the new suburbs of Babruisk, where new houses are being built. In particular, the population of Zakhodni suburb has almost doubled since the previous elections. It means that the number of electors doubled as well.

However, according to the information obtained from a member of a precinct electoral commission, they had been ordered to decrease the number of electors. It is done in order to ensure that the election will have the poll, as it is only necessary to lessen the number of citizens in order to get the poll ‘increased’. The member of the precinct commission says that the number of electors is decreased all over Babruisk.
