Teachers are ‘advised’ to vote for pro-regime candidate
Before the beginning of the new curriculum year in Pinsk a plenary session of teachers of the town took place in the town’s House of Culture. More than 700 teachers and headmasters have taken part in the event.
Among the speakers were the authorities of the town, head officers of the education authorities of the town and of Brest region, as well as a candidate for deputy of the Chamber of Representatives in Pinsk town constituency #14 Zinaida Mandrouskaya. All the speakers advised to support Mandrouskaya in the elections.
By the way, even before Mandrouskaya was registered as a candidate, she used all possibilities for appearing on pages of local newspapers. When a delegation of Soviet fleet veterans from St. Petersburg visited Pinsk (representatives of Russian public associations), guests met not only with local veterans, but for unknown reasons, visited the enterprise Elkis headed by her. The visit of the veterans was used in local newspapers as an episode for publications about the would-be candidate for deputy.
