As Ihar Lednik, the head of the initiative group of Anatol Bukas (editor of the non-state newspaper Barysauskiya Naviny) many citizens of Barysau refuse to give his signatures in support of Bukas because that had already signed for the candidacy of Viktar Huminski at work.
Most often one can hear it from the workers of repairs plant #140, where Uladzimir Vasilieu, official aide of the deputy Viktar Huminski, works as deputy director on ideology. At the same time Vasilieu heads the initiative group of Viktar Huminski, who intends to run for a seat in the parliament again. Meanwhile, collecting signatures in support of anyone’s candidacy in the working time is prohibited by the electoral laws.
